ECU Health Physicians is multi-specialty group with over 600 providers in more than 140 primary and specialty clinics across more than 110 locations in eastern North Carolina.

Position Summary

• The Supervisor will be responsible for day to day supervision and coordination of service provision for a multidisciplinary team.
• Responsibilities include daily monitoring of process effectiveness and outcomes, service delivery, and support of care management and clinical services to patients and families.
• The Supervisor will also participate in provision of care and service delivery a portion of the time and assist with overall operations of the division/department.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) or Master's Degree in Social Work (MSW)
• Must maintain a valid North Carolina driver's license or be licensed in the state of residence and maintain the ECUH required insurance limits.
• 2-3 years related experience
• For BSN: License as a Registered Nurse, must maintain licensure with the North Carolina Board of Nursing.
• RN license is preferred.

Other Information

• This position is 1.0 FTE (40hrs/ week) - Monday to Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm
• Based in Greenville, NC with some travel to our ECU Health primary care practices that we serve in eastern NC
• No nights, weekends, or call.
