RESPONSIBILITIES:
Day to day responsibilities of this the role and a description of the project (Outside of Workday JD):
- Outreach members telephonically
- Answer incoming calls from members or Our Client's associates
- Create Case, Create Tasks, Create Referrals in member's chart in Our Client's database
- Complete screenings in Our Client's database
- Filter Excel Spreadsheet
- Utilize Outlook Calendar for daily planning
- Document in Our Client's Database
- Assist Member is downloading Our Client's App and Onboarding
- Educating members on Digital Case Management and Our Client's platforms
Performance expectations/metrics for this individual and their team:
- Handle 80-100 calls per week (outbound and inbound calls)
- Complete screenings on all new members
- Document all member interactions and outreach in Our Client's Database
- Onboard 5-10 members/week to Our Client
First day looks like:
- IT training call
Previous job titles or background work will in this role:
- Call Center, Customer Service
QUALIFICATIONS:
Required Skills/Experience:
- Professional Spoken Communications Skills
Software Skill Required:
- Microsoft, Excel, Outlook
Preferred Sills/Experience:
- MS Word, Excel, Outlook
- Prior Call Center experience
- Prior experience in a managed health plan or medical facility
Education Requirement:
- High School Diploma/GED
