Overview

CNC Punch Press and CNC Press Brake operator. Qualified individuals must have experiance in the set-up, operation, editing, and shop floor pragramming capabilities for CNC punch press ( TRUMPF Prefered ), and CNC press brake ( TRUMPF Preferred ). This individual must be a good communicator with the flexibility to adapt to new challenges in a prototype and production atmosphere. This would be a 1st shift position with the ability to cross train on other shifts.

Qualifications

• High school degree (or equivalent).
• Two years CNC Punch press operation experience.
• Two years CNC Press Brake operation experience.
• Blueprint reading.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC punch press. This includes the set up of specific tooling as required, operate inspection equipment and inspect their work.
• Set up and operate CNC press brake, operate inspection equipment and inspect their work.
• Edit and program CNC punch prerss and press brake.
• Train others on both the CNC press and the CNC press brake.
• Review and critique prototype and standard designs for manufacturability.
