Caregiver, PCA, HHA for Clients in St. Charles County | Starting pay from $16/hour

Do you want to use your caregiving skills to better the lives of seniors? If so, we are looking for experienced and reliable Caregivers, HHAs, CNAs, and PCAs eager to provide exceptional service to seniors within the Greater St. Louis and St. Charles areas!

Join our Team of Caregivers providing one-on-one care to seniors in their homes. This position is for caregivers, home health aides, personal care assistants that have a passion for what they do and have the ability to help manage all of our our clients' needs.

Caregiver, HHA, PCA Shifts:

• 4 to 12 hour shifts; shorter shifts available
• Days, Evenings, and Overnights

Caregiver, HHA, CNA, PCA Requirements :

• Ability to learn new tasks
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Good listening skills
• Confidence
• Compassion
• Ability to work with all personalities and care needs
• Reliability
• Knowledge and skill working with chronic diseases, dementia, mental illness, and/or end-of-life issues-or ability to learn
• Valid driver's license and car insurance

Preferred Caregiver, HHA, CNA, PCA Qualities :

• 3+ years caregiving experience with older adults
• CNA or PCT experience a plus!
