What You Will Do

You will be responsible for providing courteous care by helping individuals with their activities of daily living. Work tasks may include:

• Light housekeeping tasks such as;
  • Making beds
  • Laundering clothes or linen
  • Washing dishes
  • Preparing Nutritious Meals
• Providing assistance with personal care tasks such as;
  • Showering
  • Oral Hygiene
  • Dressing
  • Toileting
• Companionship and emotional support
• Medication reminders
• Transportation for errands and appointments

What You Will Need

• Candidates must be compassionate, professional, flexible, and have a passion for helping others
• Possess current HCA registration (or ability to obtain)
• Be 18 years or older
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
• 1 year minimum professional care giving experience
• Reliable transportation with proof of current vehicle registration and license
• Ability to pass a state and federal criminal background check (verified with Live Scan)
• Ability to pass pre-employment drug screen
• Ability to pass pre-employment physical
• Working cell phone and email address
• Current TB test clearance (within 90 days OR 2 years if employed by another agency)
