Job Description and Responsibilities

Nashua Crossings is looking for compassionate CAREGIVERS - LNAs/HHAs/CNAs/PCAs to join our team!

Your main role will be to deliver care to our residents within a warm, comfortable, and home-like environment.

Full Time Opportunities 1st shift - We have both 6a-2p or 7a-3p available.

Rates starting at $18.50-19.75/HR

LNA Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Assisting residents with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
  • Documenting care provided and reporting any changes in resident health or behavior to appropriate staff.
  • Engaging residents in meaningful activities and providing emotional support.
  • Utilizing customer service skills to ensure that residents receive exceptional and meaningful care.
  • Other duties as needed.

Job Requirements:

LNA Requirements:
  • Valid LNA license required.
  • Prior experience in an assisted living community
    Memory care experience is preferred.
  • Demonstrates proficiency at reading and understanding a Resident Care Service Plan or assignment (e.g., ADLs and introductory visits)
  • Previous experience working with people with dementia is desired.
  • Willingness to learn!
