CAREGIVERS with Hospice Experience DAY & OVERNIGHT (Fill-in & Regular shifts) Paid Weekly

Requirements for our caregivers serving our Hospice and Post Accute Clients:

• Experience working with Clients on Hospice, or recovering from injury or illness
• Have your HCA registration, or eligible for HCA (Ability to pass a background check & TB test)
• Have reliable transportation, and are committed to excellent care for you clients.

As a Caregiver with SYNERGY HomeCare, you will:

• Provide personal care, and comfort to our hospice and post accute care clients.
• Provide attention to clients' non-medical needs, including companionship and social engagement
• Assist client with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders
• Establish communication and a professional relationship with clients, family members, and co-workers
• Provide reliable care by being punctual and consistently covering shifts
