Carpenter/ Drywall / Maintenance Technician Qualifications:

• 7-10 years of paid industry experience
• Drywall skills required
• Experience in carpentry, plumbing, and electrical is a big plus.
• Strong 'multi-skill' background desired. Must have/own 'day-to-day' tools of the trade.

Carpenter / Drywall / Maintenance Technician Responsibilities:

• Perform drywall work and other repairs in homes and commercial properties.
• Complete small to medium maintenance/repairs and mid-size home improvement projects
• Deliver a consistently pleasurable experience.
• Communicate with customers about the scope of work, and cost estimates, and manage expectations.
• Leave customers thrilled with your current work, and open doors to future work.
