Carpet Cleaning Technician / Apprentice

We are looking for someone that wants more than just a job. Someone that is ambitious and wants to grow with our company. Experience is preferred but we will train in all fields of carpet, furniture, tile and grout, area rugs, wood floors, power washing and window cleaning. We are a full-service cleaning company with over 37 years of experience.

Job Requirements:

• Must have a driver's license.
• Able to lift 50 lbs or more.
• Able to climb ladders above 2 stories.
• Not afraid to get their hands dirty.
• Work all year long inside and out, depending on the weather.

Salary and Compensation:

• Base salary with experience $800/week.
• Base salary without experience $700/week.
• First review after 6 months then once a year.
• Health insurance after 2 months on payroll as well as matching 401K.
• One-week paid vacation after 10 months, every 2 years another week added up to 3 weeks total.
• Major holidays off with minimum night and weekend work.
