Volt is now hiring a Carpet Cleaning Technician in Northridge, California. This successful candidate must have 3+ years as a Carpet Cleaning Technician and experience upselling jobs.

This is a full-time, direct hire opportunity. (Looking to hire immediately)

Compensation: $30-40/ Hr. + Commission Incentives for 1st shift *Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.

1st shift: Carpet cleaning Technician & Sales hybrid position. You will be customer facing and upselling jobs. (MUST HAVE previous carpet cleaning technician experience to qualify for this shift) We try to keep the schedule limited to between 7:00 AM and 6:00 PM Monday- Friday, but each day brings new scenarios. Saturdays are only scheduled on a customer request basis. All technicians are required to be available to work.

2nd shift: Commercial carpet cleaning. NOT customer facing and NO Sales required. We try to keep the schedule limited to between 7:00 PM and 4:00 AM Monday- Friday, but each day brings new scenarios. Saturdays are only scheduled on a customer request basis. All technicians are required to be available to work.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of previous experience as a Carpet Cleaning Technician
• Must be 21+ and have valid driver's license
• Good driving record (No more than 2 speeding tickets)
• Clean background check and drug screening
• Excellent customer service
• Previous experience upselling jobs
• A clean-cut, professional appearance
• Able to work with others independently and in a team environment
• Willingness and ability to work long, hard hours and some overtime as needed
• *IICRC certification a plus but not required
• *Bilingual plus but not required
• Required: California Driver's License and appropriate auto insurance.
