Our client is looking for several Supervisors of Care Coordination to join their growing team throughout different areas of the state of FL. This organization is a quickly growing healthcare company that is expanding its footprint in FL to take over new IDD Care Coordination programs. In this role, you will be oversee a team of roughly 8 Care Coordinators (Case Managers) as direct reports. You will be directly assigning cases and managing the overall case load for your region as well as supporting and managing your team through daily and weekly routines and leadership tasks to ensure all care coordination activities are being completed effectively and efficiently. As the leader of your team you will be expected to develop and elevate your people, manage the quality of output from the team, and ensure the team is hitting goals and providing a high level of customer satisfaction.

Required Skills & Experience

Bachelors Degree
At least 2 years of experience as a Case Manager or Care Coordinator
At least 1 year experience in a Supervisory role
At least 1 year experience supporting IDD populations
Medicare knowledge

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Masters degree
