Through our dedicated, experienced and skilled clinicians, we provide patients and their families with the highest quality of personalized care. Programs are offered for children, adolescents and adults struggling with mental illness as well as offering services specializing in Anxiety, Eating Disorders, and Geriatric Services.
Job Summary
The Older Adults/Geriatric Outpatient services at the IOL serves older adults who are experiencing a psychiatric illness. The goal of the program is to help people recover and learn ways to stay well. The Case Worker assists program members with case management needs and coordinates care within the multidisciplinary treatment tea

Qualifications:

• Bachelor Degree in Human Services
• Ability to obtain Public Service License required
• Demonstrated competence including knowledge and behaviors to meet age-specific needs of the client population
• Experience working in related human service setting with similar age group
