The Opportunity

Delaware North Sportservice is hiring a Catering Manager to join our team at Highmark Stadium in Orchard Park, New York. As a Catering Manager, you will partner with the Food and Beverage managers to ensure all hospitality operations at Highmark Stadium run efficiently to create memorable experiences for guests.

Pay

Minimum - Anticipated Maximum Base Salary: $58458 - $62200 / year

In addition to base salary, we offer an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan. The advertised pay range represents what we believe at the time of this job posting, that we would be willing to pay for this position. Responsibilities
  • Lead training, scheduling, and supervising of team members from the catering department
  • Monitor food and beverage orders produce daily sales and accounts receivable reports
  • Prepare operational reports, and keep records of purchases, requisitions, and liquor logs
  • Monitor customer service feedback and develop standards of service that are shared with the catering team
  • Assist with menu pricing strategies for optimizing cost and control
  • Develop and maintain positive client relationships
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 3 years' supervisory experience in a hospitality environment
  • No college degree required
  • Knowledge of food preparation, inventory, and cost control measures
  • Excellent verbal communication and supervisory skills
  • Ability to analyze and make data-driven decisions
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. with constant bending and other repetitive motions
  • Ability to stand for extended periods of time including outdoors in all weather
