Akkodis is seeking an Operations Coordinator for a Contract job with a client in Canonsburg PA. Ideally looking for someone who has Telecom industry experience.

The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Essential Job Functions

• Supports Permitting team that oversee multiple projects within Indiana, Ohio, Kentucky, & Pennsylvania
• Responsible for day-to-day operations and administrative activities associated with obtaining permits, such as mailings, file management, report requests, and document coordination.
• Provide assistance maintaining records in CRM and Service Now
• Responsible for helping the permitting team ensure that all identified milestones on the project are being followed up on and completed in a timely fashion to hit the project delivery timelines
• Miscellaneous projects/reports as requested
• Taking detailed notes during meetings and providing meeting minutes to the team.

Experience/Education

• High School Diploma or GED required; College Degree preferred.
• 1-3 years of experience in an administrative or project management support role
• Strong computer skills, organizational and communication skills
• Excel
• PowerPoint

Pay Details: $14.00 to $22.00 per hour
