YOUR ROLE

• Leads and plans scheduled maintenance activities based on Loss analysis, defects and work orders reported as per the TBM DMS tool in cooperation with the Maintenance manager.
• Owns PM including TBM, BDE, DH processes.
• Lead team in executing routine inspections and TBM activities on machines to avoid equipment losses.
• To include replacing parts and checking & inspection of lubrications, vibrations, parameters, etc.
• Respond to, repair and diagnose equipment breakdowns to eliminate them as per the BDE process.
• Deal with emergencies, unplanned problems and repairs.
• Designs and implements the best processes to align with the strategy.
• Cascades and executes the plant Strategy.
• Develops and coaches team members.
• Reviews shift leads tasks and assignments.
• Audits shift leads standard work sheets.
• Identifies and executes training plans for team members.
• Performs structured muda walks with line leaders.
• Owns and executes the daily team meeting and escalates information to the Plant Daily Operational Review.
• Owns the improvement plans to drive the KPIs towards the objectives.
• Reviews performance indicators KPI's and daily, weekly and monthly trends.

YOUR SKILLS

• Bachelor's degree Engineering Related field with proven success. 3-5 years of demonstrated experience in Manufacturing environment.
• Proficient problem solver.
• Understanding of Reliability Centered Maintenance Activities.
• Experience leading preventive and predictive maintenance teams.
• Six Sigma Green Belt preferred.
• Proficient in MS office Tools, SAP knowledge a plus.

The salary for this role is $100,000.00- $125,000.00 This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range. This salary range may also be modified in the future.
