Summary:

Has knowledge of and ability to perform cleaning, disinfecting, sterilization and inventory control functions safely. In accordance with established policies, procedures and standards, cleans, wraps, sterilizes, stores, and distributes equipment, supplies and instruments used in patient care. Duties also include IMMS inventory control and cart assembly.

Qualifications

Required Education:

High school diploma or equivalent is required. Documentation required within 30 days of hire

Sterile Processing Technician required or equivalent training preferred
