A client of Innova Solutions is immediately hiring for a Project Manager.

Position type: Full-time Contract
Duration: 15 months
Location: Remote

As a Project Manager, you will:

• Responsible for being accountable for projects to achieve the desired outcome in terms of scope, schedule, cost, financial success criteria, and quality expectations.
• Responsible for following Project Management Best Practices, including, but not limited to, chartering, interactive planning sessions, timeline management, risk management, and status report-outs.
• Responsible for coordinating the development and presentation of business cases proposals to facilitate project stage/gate approvals and/or capital authorization.
• Responsible for conducting leadership project reviews and status updates including escalation of roadblocks. Removing barriers for project teams through effective decision analysis and influencing upward.
• Responsible for acting as key liaison to plant teams relative to project execution plans.
• Responsible for ensuring accuracy of capital forecasts for projects when in the planned phase.
• Responsible for providing supply chain functional expertise for projects and completes supply chain assessments for projects to properly dimension risks and costs.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Bachelor's Degree and 7-10 years of experience in increasingly broader technical, operational, or supply chain roles.
• Previous experience working for a global, highly matrixed, Consumer Packaged Goods company - required.
• Manufacturing and/or supply chain experience - required.
• Basic P&L understanding and business case development.

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:
Pay Range*: $60.00 - $67.85 per hour
*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
