MedAdventures is partnering with our largest Orthopedic Surgery Center Groups to select their next CEO for a 20 location, 130mm Orthopedic Practice Group involving MRIs, physical and occupational therapy, sports medicine and anesthesia in the Central, Colorado area.

Responsibilities:• Leads the executive management team in the planning, organization and direction of practice operations and all ancillary services
• Collaborate with the executive management team to achieve financial results that are acceptable to partners, within industry norms and within parameters/covenants as established by financial partners
• Negotiates payor contracts in collaboration with the Board of Directors
• Monitor and improve MD shareholder satisfaction, employee engagement and patient satisfaction. Creates a culture of service and leads by example.
• Approve work procedures and standards for the practice and ensures consistent implementation, communication, and enforcement
• Collaborate with the Director of HR on employee programs, engagement, compensation and training

Requirements:• Minimum of 10 years' experience in orthopedic practice leadership
• 3 years of executive level (C-suite) experience
• Bachelor's degree required, Master's degree preferred

Compensation and Benefits:• Up to $500K with a 40% of annual salary bonus target
• Full benefits, PTO, and retirement plans with match
• Additional relocation package may be included between $50k - $75k
