CEO and Administrator (Behavioral Health) Up to $185,000 per year in Sugar Land, Texas

Clinical Magnet is partnering with one of our top client's hospital in search of their next CEO and Administrator for their team in the Sugar Land, TX area.

This is a Direct Hire Opportunity!

Responsibilities of the CEO/Admin:

• Leads the facility from an administrative perspective, providing operational and financial resources
• Work closely with providers in the organization to help grow awareness and build a referral base for the facility
• Helps with the overall strategic planning, operational budgeting, and compliance of the organization/location

Requirements for the CEO/Admin:

• 5+ years of experience in healthcare leadership, specifically in Behavioral Health facilities and/or organizations
• Proven experience in corporate and strategic planning, as well as some business development
• Strong track record of building rapport with internal team members as well as outside community organizations, partners, and individuals
• Master's Degree or higher in Healthcare Admin, Business Admin, or relevant

Compensation and Benefits for the CEO/Admin:

• Up to $185,000 base salary with additional compensation
• Full benefits
• Additional relocation package may be included for the right candidate
