Work hours: Full Time Days, 5:30am - 6:00pm, Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday

H.S. Diploma or Equivalent Req And
Other successful completion of training course in theory and practice of hemodialysis within 90 days of hire Req
Experience
6 Months in dialysis, phlebotomy or CNA Req
Licenses and Certifications
CCHT - Certified Clinical Hemodialysis Technician 18 Months Req And
BCLS - Basic Cardiac Life Support prior to providing independent patient care and maintained quarterly Req And
CPI - Crisis Prevention Intervention Training maintained annually 90 Days Req
Skills
Basic computer competency to include knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Work and Excel; Excellent verbal, written communications and interpersonal skills; Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English instructions, safety rules and guidelines.

Work hours: Full Time Days, 5:30am - 6:00pm, Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday

- 20 bed Surgical Trauma Intensive Care Unit, Nurse: Patient ratio 1:2
- Level I Trauma Center
- MAGNET facility
- Trauma Surgical, Renal Transplant, MSOF patients, CRRT, Vent-patients and all forms of life support
- RN average length of service 9 ½ years

Education
