Here is what is needed to be part of this amazing team:

• Please have a current, unencumbered, active license to practice as a Certified Medication Tech (CMT) in the state of Rhode Island
• Rhode Island's required medical documents
• Covid vaccination required

Responsibilities:

• Provide resident care in accordance with acceptable standards of nursing practice and the written plan of care as well as physicians plan of treatment
• Follow a plan of care designed by our Nurse Manager

• Perform Medication Administration per POC
• Monitor residents' conditions and report accordingly
• Accurate documentation in accordance with the provided orders
