ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

• Great work life balance!
• Group provides anesthesia services to hospital with on campus ASC and nearby endoscopy center. The hospital serves eight OR suites, 2 endoscopy rooms and the OB unit. The ASCs are comprised of 4 ORs, and a total of 4 endoscopy rooms.
• OR case volume average 50% Ortho, 20% General, 12% OB, 10% Vascular, and 5% Urology
• 40 - 50 cases per day.
• Can accommodate either four 10-hour shifts per week, or five 8-hour shifts per week.
• No Call! No weekends! No holidays!

QUALIFICATIONS
1. Satisfactory completion of an accredited school of nursing, current Pennsylvania license, and proof of license. Meets criteria to practice nursing in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania as established by the professional nursing law.
2. Must be a graduate of an accredited school of Nurse Anesthesia accredited by the Council on Accreditation of Educational Programs of Nurse Anesthesia of the Nurse Association of Nurse Anesthetists. Proof of acceptable credentials of training and experience.
3. Must be certified as a Registered Nurse Anesthetist by the Council on Certification or on re-certification of Nurse Anesthetists of the American Association of Nurse Anesthetists within one (1) year following completion of the educational program.
4. ACLS, PALS, and BLS certification required.
5. Pennsylvania state police criminal record check, child abuse history clearance and an FBI criminal history check required.

WORKING CONDITIONS
- Good manual dexterity and motor coordination to operate a variety of office equipment.
- Physical Demands are light involving walking and sitting throughout the day.
- Must be able to read, write and speak English to communicate effectively.
- Works in well lighted and ventilated areas.
