Centrally located in Gardena, California, West Gardena Post-Acute provides rehabilitation services, skilled nursing, and long-term care. Our compassionate staff offers individualized care plans for each resident to ensure personalized care is provided to all our patients with a goal to return home.

We understand the importance of creating a comfortable and nurturing atmosphere, whether residents stay for short-term treatment or long-term care.

We are looking for full-time caring and dedicated CNAs for NOC shift (11PM-7AM). This is a 4-2 rotating schedule, must be available on weekends. We offer competitive wages and benefits to the right candidate.

$750 signing bonus. Half paid after 90 days and half paid after 6 months.

Responsibilities:

- Assist residents with activities of daily living to include: bathing, dressing, grooming and toileting.

- Transfer residents to and from activities and meals according to their individual service plans.

- Serve meals to residents in the dining room or their apartments.

- Record and report changes in residents' eating habits to supervisor.

- Promote quality services within company, state and federal regulations.

Qualifications:

- Current CA nursing assistant certification

- Current CPR and first aid certifications a plus

- Minimum of 1 year experience in a skilled nursing facility, acute care setting, or in-patient rehabilitation or in-patient behavioral health setting
