Provide Compassionate Care to Our Residents

At Paramount Senior Living, we are seeking dedicated and caring Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our skilled nursing facility team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents by providing exceptional care and support.

Your Role and Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility
• Provide compassionate care and emotional support to residents
• Monitor and report changes in residents' conditions to nursing staff
• Ensure residents' rooms and living areas are clean, comfortable, and organized
• Assist with serving meals and feeding residents as needed
• Promote a safe and secure environment for residents
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of resident care

Qualifications and Skills

• Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
• Minimum of 6 months of experience in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility (preferred)
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a healthcare team
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to providing quality care
• Proficient in English (both written and verbal)
• Ability to pass a criminal background check
