Full-Time Onsite

Position Summary:

Our Award-Winning Client is currently looking for a Surgical Technologist to facilitate safe and efficient surgical procedures. The primary purpose of this role is to assist surgeons and RNs during operative procedures.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with surgical teams to ensure the safe performance of procedures.
• Assist in preparing the operating room and maintaining a sterile environment.
• Provide necessary instruments and supplies to surgeons during procedures.
• Monitor and anticipate the needs of the surgical team.
• Operate and maintain surgical equipment.

Must-Haves:

1. Surgical Tech certification required within 6 months from hire.
2. Certifications: BLS required upon hire.
3. High School Diploma or equivalent.
4. 2 years of work experience in general OR.

Nice-To-Haves:

1. Surgical Tech Certification.
2. Open heart experience preferred; willing to train.

Job Skills and Technical Skills:

• Proficient in surgical technology procedures.
• Familiarity with operating room protocols.
• Ability to handle surgical instruments and equipment.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
