AS THE SURGICAL TECHNICIAN, you'll be under the direction supervision of the Registered Nurse and within the scope of their practice, the Surgical Technologist / Registered Nurse (RN) / or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) provides patient care and performs appropriate segments of the prescribed medical regime for an assigned group of patients and effectively interacts within patients, significant others and other health care workers while maintaining standards of care.

QUALIFICAITONS:

• Be a graduate of approved school of surgical technologist or Completion of a RN or LPN program required with and an active Pennsylvania State license
• Have 1 year experience as surgical tech or LPN 1 year med/surg experience preferred
• Have current CPR certification required or must obtain within 6 months of start date
• Have Surgical Technologist certification preferred
