Work you'll do
- Develop integrated, targeted, and repeatable approaches to manage large-scale organization transformation initiatives for workforce (system users) and leadership.
- Develop and deliver change communication materials (to include strategic communication and training aides) focused on increasing user awareness and adoption of financial applications, new business processes, business rules, roles, terminology, and definitions associated with use of the applications as well as the adoption of new SOPs.
- Familiarity with managing activities supporting stakeholder analysis, change impact assessment, survey development, training assessments, microlearning options, communication plans, workforce and executive communications, etc.
- Serve as an organizational change management POC for various program systems relating to PPBE/Budget, Accounting and Reporting Systems (including Momentum) and Tableau and Automation services.

Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor's degree required
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
- Active TS/SCI with Polygraph security clearance required
- 2-5 years of Change Management experience
- 2-5 years of Human Capital experience
