The Corporate Information Services Department is seeking a dynamic and talented Change Management and Training Leader.

The Changed Management and Training Leader guides and implements strategic change management initiatives across the organization related to the Workday ERP solution implementation and sustainment. Works directly with senior management to ensure that change initiatives meet objectives on time and on budget by increasing employee adoption and usage. Possesses a deep understanding of change management principles, methodologies and tools, adult learner strategies, along with a solid understanding of how people experience change and the change process.

Key Responsibilities include:
  • Leads the development and execution of change and training strategies related to the Workday ERP using actionable and targeted change management plans. Identifies potential risks and anticipating resistance to change and develop specific plans to mitigate the risks. Ensures the change does not disrupt daily operations or negatively impact customers. Monitors the impact of the change and making necessary adjustments to the plan.
  • Creates and implements a communication strategy to ensure that all employees understand the reasons for the change and how it will affect them.
  • Conducts regular meetings with stakeholders to provide updates and gather feedback. Collaborates with other leaders within the organization to align the change with the overall company strategy.
  • Manages the Workday Training Team to ensure training plans and materials are developed, used effectively, and end-users are adopting system changes.
  • Defines and measures the effectiveness of the change and training program and report on progress to stakeholders.
Qualifications

Position Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 5 - 8 years working as a Change Management & Training Leader type position, preferably within the health care ERP field.
  • Proven experience in a change management role, ideally within a fast-paced, evolving healthcare environment.
  • Experience and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies, and tools.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to clearly articulate messages to a variety of audiences.
  • Strong leadership skills.
  • Experience with project management approaches, tools, and phases of the project lifecycle.
  • Organized and proactive in prioritizing needs and effectively managing priorities.
  • Able to work effectively at all levels in an organization.
  • Resilience and tenacity to drive forward change initiatives, even in the face of resistance or setbacks.
  • Customer oriented, able to establish and maintain long-term customer relationships building trust and respect among assigned team and superiors.
  • Experience managing the development, deployment, and direction of complex changes.
  • Demonstrates knowledge and understanding of organizational policies, procedures, and systems.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Workday ERP, and training development tools.

Training: Change management or training certifications preferred.

Travel Requirements: up to 25 % US travel
