Change Management Consultant

LaSalle Network has partnered with a major CPG client who is in need of a Change Management Consultant. As a Change Management Consultant, you will play a critical role in driving successful change initiatives across their organization. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to support both technical and business transformations, ensuring a smooth transition and adoption of new processes, systems and technologies. Change Management Consultant Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement change management strategies and plans to support business and technical transformations
• Collaborate with stakeholders across various departments to understand the impact of changes and identify potential resistance or challenges
• Conduct change readiness assessments and provide recommendations for mitigating risks
• Create communication plans and materials to effectively engage and inform employees throughout the change process
• Design and deliver training programs to ensure a smooth transition to new processes and technologies
• Monitor and measure the success of change initiatives and make necessary adjustments to improve adoption and minimize disruption
• Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, providing insights and guidance on best practices for managing change within the CPG industry

Change Management Consultant Requirements:

• 3+ years of consulting experience, with a focus on change management
• Proven experience working within the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) industry
• Strong background in supporting both technical and business transformations
• Excellent communication, facilitation and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Change Management certification (e.g., Prosci, ACMP) is a plus

This role is hybrid onsite in downtown Chicago 3 times per week, will last at least 3 months and can pay between $65-70/hr. If you are interested in this opportunity and qualify per the requirements, please apply today.
