As a Change Manager, you will play a pivotal role in guiding organizations through complex transformations. By blending change management expertise with a deep understanding of learning and development, you'll help clients navigate transitions smoothly, ensuring their teams are equipped to thrive in new environments. You'll design and implement strategies that not only address the human side of change but also foster a culture of continuous learning and growth, ultimately driving sustainable success.

What You'll Do
  • Craft and implement customized strategies that ensure a seamless transition to the future state, aligned with each client's unique needs and organizational culture.
  • Lead comprehensive engagement and communication efforts that secure stakeholder buy-in, foster active participation, and embed change within the organizational values.
  • and deliver training programs that accelerate user adoption, elevate employee skills, and optimize the effectiveness of new technologies and programs.
  • Establish and mentor a network of change champions to sustain momentum and reinforce learning initiatives across the organization.
  • Identify potential resistance and implement strategies to mitigate challenges, ensuring smooth adoption of change.
  • Implement robust measurement systems to track and enhance adoption, proficiency, and learning outcomes, leveraging continuous feedback for ongoing improvement.
  • Develop and execute post-implementation support strategies, including coaching, reinforcement, and continuous
  • learning opportunities, to secure long-term success.

What You'll Bring
  • Experience and Expertise: At least 3 years of experience in change management, organizational design, communication, learning, and/or talent management. Previous experience in a management consulting environment or project-based internal roles is highly desirable.
  • Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in developing and implementing structured change management approaches for large-scale, complex business transformations or technology adoption initiatives.
  • Communication Prowess: Strong ability to craft and deliver clear, compelling messages to audiences at all organizational levels, from frontline employees to senior executives.
  • Adaptability and Insight: Ability to quickly build industry-specific knowledge, client trust, and credibility across a variety of sectors. Comfortable working with diverse teams, clients, and senior leaders to drive change effectively.

Compensation and Benefits

Slalom is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. For this position, the base salary pay range is $105,000 to $162,000 and the targeted pay range is $105,000 to $133,000. In addition, individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. Actual compensation will depend upon an individual's skills, experience, qualifications, location, and other relevant factors. The salary pay range is subject to change and may be modified at any time.
