Note: This is a temporary assignment.

The Change Management Lead will partner with internal stakeholders and vendors to facilitate implementing change for a large cross-functional initiative, including communications, training and change network.

Responsibilities
  • Executed on Change Strategy, manages Execution Timeline and Activities in alignment with initial and ongoing Release Schedules
  • Set expectations & coordinates CRM OCM team members in alignment with CRM Strategy
  • Maintains change management plan, includes identifying key super users and change network, training plan, communications plans and channels, engagement methods, targeted messaging and materials, etc.
  • Identifies major areas of impact and change risk, including core stakeholder segments impacted by CRM implementation, level of impact, and important considerations per stakeholder segment
  • Builds case for change story for each stakeholder segment and for MMO as a whole
  • Identifies potential sources of resistance to change and develops proactive strategies to address them
  • Defines key performance indicators and metrics to measure effectiveness of change initiatives introduced and identifies impacted stakeholders
  • Assesses the organization's readiness for change through survey, feedback, and data analysis; uses readiness assessments to inform change strategies and actions
  • Develops and maintains clear and effective communication plans. Works alongside internal communications team to ensure effective communications tactics; to create messages, and materials to convey purpose, benefits, and impacts of change initiatives in coordination with project roadmap
  • Identifies training and skill development needs related to change, and works with internal learning and development resources to build appropriate programs or resources
Qualifications

Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education/training and experience.
  • 3-5 years of experience in change management
  • Experience in leading change management efforts for complex organizational initiatives, including CRM implementations or large-scale transformation projects
  • Proven track record of designing and implementing successful change management strategies that resulted in positive organizational outcomes
  • Experience in working with multi-disciplinary teams in a technical environment
  • Experience in fostering a collaborative culture and building cross-functional partnerships
  • Experience in healthcare organizations preferred
