Work you'll do

The Change Management Lead will support an enterprise ServiceNow Program Management Office. They will champion the change management efforts across several organizations working toward common goals of decommissioning major IT systems, introducing business process efficiencies, and reducing technical debt. They will craft, revise, and execute on an integrated master schedule. The change manager will work autonomously and independently, and bring leadership, flexibility, and creativity to the team. They will be comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-visibility environment, and bring superb communication skills. The change management lead will be a skilled writer and will craft a communication plan with audiences ranging from the office of the CIO to development teams.

Qualifications

Required:

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
• 4+ years of Change Management experience
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
• Active TS/SCI with Polygraph security clearance required
• Ability to work fully onsite in Chantilly, VA

Preferred:

• Technical Writing experience for federal government projects
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
