. The Senior Change Manager will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive change management strategies to ensure the successful delivery and adoption of the project. The ideal candidate will assess project and business scenarios for change impacts, identifying stakeholders, building stakeholder management plans, developing change plans, identifying organizational and behavioral dependencies and risks, and consulting on communications and learning plans.
The Senior Change Manager will ensure that business leaders receive appropriate support and communication during the implementation. This individual will collaborate with the business to design and deliver training, communication, and readiness support. They will also translate requirements from technical partners to the business impacts and supporting strategies.

Primary Responsibilities:
Assess and analyze the project and organization to determine the level of organizational change, including technological, process, operating model, and/or organizational elements.
Design, develop, and execute comprehensive operational readiness plans, including stakeholder management, business readiness, communications, learning, and adoption.
Partner with the technical partners and stakeholders to ensure thorough and consistent communication of key project details.
Identify communication strategies and tools to remove roadblocks and ensure stakeholders receive necessary information.
Raise awareness of the benefits of change.
Develop and maintain dashboards, reporting, and status updates to ensure visibility and oversight of key deliverables.
Maintain effective working relationships and provide timely updates and escalation; participate in governance meetings as needed.
Ability to measure change effectiveness and the ability to use data and metrics to evaluate the impact of change initiatives.
Monitor outcomes and impacts throughout the project and recommend improvements.

Required Skills & Experience

Operational readiness or organizational change management experience.
Strategic change consulting background; experience in developing methodology and change strategy.
Familiarity with established change management frameworks and methodologies, such as ADKAR, Prosci, or Kotters 8-Step Process
Proven change delivery capability.
Ability to develop an operational readiness strategy based on situational awareness of changes and impacted groups.
Ability to develop actionable and targeted plans, including communications, sponsor plans, stakeholder management, learning, and adoption plans.
Experience handling change communications for technical implementations at the project and enterprise levels.
Ability to work with business stakeholders and drive alignment within operational readiness and communication strategies.
Excellent communication skills and prior experience with high-level stakeholders.
Ability to work cross-functionally and be a self-starter.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

PMP and/or change management certifications.
Technical delivery experience.
