Channel Business Program Specialist

Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to support business, collaborate with different teams, and contribute to the company's strategic objectives. Each day, you will gain knowledge by performing tasks as directed by the program manager/corresponding leader. You will also showcase your expertise by supporting ABB's operations and participating in the local Channel Application Engineer Program. The work model for the role is: #LI-Remote This role is contributing to the Motion System Drive Products You will be mainly accountable for: • Supporting the implementation, delivery, and continuous improvement of products and services within the defined area as directed. • Participating in formal training to develop personal and leadership skills in preparation for future professional roles. • Delivering the assigned tasks/projects within the assignment period. • Contributing to diverse social events and team activities and using the chance to establish a broad network within ABB. Qualifications for the role

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field plus 2 to 4 years' experience in the application of Low Voltage drives.
• Basic understanding of Compressors, Pump & Fan, Extruder, Crane, Hoists & Winches, Centrifuge, General Machinery and other applications.
• Programming experience in industrial PLCs (ABB, Rockwell, Siemens, Square D, or others).
• ⦁ Candidates must already have a work authorization that would permit them to work for ABB in the US.
