Our Client is seeking a Disability Claims Examiner in the Novi area.

Compensation may be higher with experience and is dependent on Contractor's experience, education, availability, and skills.

SUMMARY OF THIS OPPORTUNITY
* Specializes in disablity claims
* Responsible for production and client management

CLIENT'S REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
* Minimum of one (1) year experience
* Working knowledge of diagnostic coding and health care reviews (appeals, prior authorizations, etc)
* Reviews, evaluates and processes dusability insurance claims according to procedure and practice
* Examines claims material to ensure insurance coverage and validity
* Disability claims examiner has contact with agents, claimants and policy holders
