Work hours: PRN, 7:00pm - 7:00am

Here's What You Need

• Associate degree from an accredited Nursing program

• BSN preferred

• One-year experience as a clinical nurse in an acute care setting

• Two years of experience as a clinical nurse in an acute care setting preferred

• Two years of Antepartum or Labor & Delivery experience highly preferred

• RN - Registered Nurse Upon Hire Required

• BCLS - Basic Cardiac Life Support prior to providing independent patient care and maintained quarterly

• ACLS - Advance Cardiac Life Support within 90 day required

What You Will Do

• Communicate and collaborate with all members of the healthcare team

• Support and actively participate in shared governance/councils

• Commit to developing individual knowledge and skills

• Assist leadership by offering staff guidance and support and ensure unit operational tasks are complete

• Understand how to anticipate, recognize and deal effectively with existing or potential conflicts at the individual, group or situation level

• Be knowledgeable of the decision-making process and associate tools and techniques

• Accurately analyze situations and reach productive decisions base on informed judgment
