Responsibilities

The Charge Nurse-Dialysis Unit has the leadership skills, authority, responsibility, and shift accountability for the delivery of nursing care through the use of the nursing process. They are an extension of the leadership team (director, nurse manager) and must conduct themselves as such.

Qualifications

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing from an accredited school of nursing preferred, minimum of Associate's required.
• Minimum 1-3 years clinical nursing experience
• Minimum 3-5 years dialysis nursing experience
• Licensed as Registered Nurse in the State of New Jersey
• Maintain current BLS certification

Preferred Job Requirements:

• knowledge of Epic a plus!
