Chemical Processor C -2nd Shift

We are hiring immediately for a Chemical Processor

Shift: Joining us for second shift, this position comes with a n added benefit of a shift differential.

What you will be doing as a Chemical Processor :

You can expect to clean aircraft components using chemical processes and apply protective coatings to prevent corrosion before the final paint application. Your responsibilities may include (but are not limited to):

• Movement and preparation of aircraft parts for processing

• Move parts of different shapes and sizes within processing areas , ensuring proper identification and tagg ing.

• Efficiently l oad and unload parts onto holding racks, conveyors, and other equipment to ensure maximum cleanin g.

• Clean and mask surfaces while v erif y ing mill thickness using a SPC Data Collection device.

• Tank and Equipment Operation

• Operate tank equipment to apply chemical film protective coatings per instructions while inspecting for complete and consistent application.

• Manually maintain tank levels, temperatures, load containers, and time of immersion per the material specifications.

• Clean and apply corrosion preventative by hand on b onded assemblies and rework applications based on specifications.

What you need to be successful:

• High School education, GED, or a Bronze Level WorkKeys certification is required .

• Physical ability to lift parts, bend over for extended amounts of time, and work in hot working conditions is helpful.
