Job Summary
Will tag all incoming assets and deliver items to departments on campus.

Minimum Education and Experience

High school diploma or GED equivalent; Two years of experience as an administrative clerk or secretary or equivalent clerical experience.

Preferred Education and Experience

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
-Separating and tagging of University assets.

-Prepares daily reports for assets and purchase orders in PeopleSoft to determine what is or isn't a taggable asset.

-Schedules delivery of University assets.

-Provides constant communication with procurement determining assets and appropriate coding in PeopleSoft.

-Reconciles match exceptions.

-Track assets that have been ordered and have bypassed Central receiving to properly log and tag the asset.

-Work closely with UTD Property to verify assets.

Physical Demands and Working Conditions
Warehouse work in hot and cold working conditions. Will be working in the outdoor conditions as well.

Must be able to lift 70 lbs.

Must possess and maintain a valid Texas driver's license.

Ideal candidate should possess good customer service skills, be self motivated with good time management skills and detail oriented.
