As a Chief Financial Officer, you will be based in our Orlando, Florida Corporate office. You will report directly to the Chief Executive Officer. You will be responsible for the financial and risk management operations of the Company, to include the development of a financial and operational strategy, as well as the ongoing development and monitoring of control systems designed to preserve
company assets and report accurate financial results.

You must have extensive knowledge and background in cross functional systems integration and maintenance, project planning leadership experience, and extensive knowledge of Great Plains, Navision, and/or Microsoft Dynamics software.

In this role, you will:


  • Assist in formulating the company's future direction and supporting tactical initiatives. Monitor and direct the implementation of financial systems and integration

  • Have extensive knowledge and experience in Great Plains, Navision, and/or Microsoft Dynamics software

  • Have extensive knowledge and experience in financial systems integration

  • Maintain and enforce a documented system of policies and procedures

  • Oversee the operations of the accounting/financial, payroll department, including the design of an organizational structure adequate for achieving the department's goals and objectives

  • Ensure that accounts payable are paid in a timely manner

  • Ensure that all reasonable discounts are taken on accounts payable

  • Ensure that accounts receivable are collected promptly

  • Process payroll in a timely manner

  • Ensure that periodic bank reconciliations are completed

  • Ensure that required debt payments are made on a timely basis

  • Maintain the chart of accounts

  • Maintain an orderly accounting filing system

  • Maintain a system of controls over accounting transactions

  • Issue timely and complete financial statements

  • Coordinate the preparation of the corporate annual report

  • Recommend benchmarks against which to measure the performance of company operations

  • Calculate and issue financial and operating metrics

  • Manage the production of the annual budget and forecasts

  • Calculate variances from the budget and report significant issues to management

  • Provide for a system of management cost reports

  • Provide financial analyses as needed

  • Coordinate the provision of information to external auditors for the annual audit

  • Comply with local, state, and federal government reporting requirements and tax filing

  • Coordinate and integrate financial and business plans in line with overall strategic plans.

  • Develop financial and tax strategies and fully comply with tax rules and guidelines.

  • Manage the capital and cash flow expenditure and budgeting processes.

  • Develop performance measures that support the company's strategic direction.

  • Oversee the issuance of financial information.

  • Produce monthly financial reports in a timely manner.

  • Review and approve all reports submitted to Government agencies and independent institutions.

  • Report financial results to the board of directors



Qualifications & Experience
To be considered for the role, you must meet the below requirements:


  • Knowledge of office technology, proficiency with accounting software, computer skills in Excel Quick Books, ERP systems

  • Preferred candidate will have a master's degree in Accounting/Finance/Business or related field and 10-12 years' related experience or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience

  • CPA or CA preferred

  • Process optimization, business efficiency, analysis of processes/procedures
