Supervises and coordinates technical activities within Interventional Radiology to ensure the efficient operation of that modality. Teaches the technical staff and residents special procedures techniques, ensures the quality of examination performed by technical staff and coordinates scheduling of examinations with referring physicians and radiologists. Maintains inventory controls, equipment repairs and quality control equipment file, logging downtime, PM's and related issues. Advanced Registry in Interventional Radiology preferred.

Education
High School Diploma or Equivalent (Required)
Non Degree Program : Graduate of an AMA approved Radiologic Technology program. (Required)

Experience
3 Years experience as an Interventional Radiology Technologist (Required)
General Experience in supervising/leading others (Preferred)

License/Certifications
ARRT - Amer Reg Radiologic Technlgst (Required)
RT(R) - Reg Technologist (R) (Required)
BLS - Basic Life Support (Required)
