Salary Range: $160,000 - $200,000 / year DOE

Chief Operating Officer Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Manufacturing Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or similar)
  • 10+ years of experience in engineering and production management
  • Proven experience in managing operations in small to mid-sized companies
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to perform detailed cost analysis
  • Excellent leadership skills with a positive and motivational approach
  • Upbeat and positive, capable of motivating and leading a diverse team
  • Ability to implement and improve systems in a growing company

Chief Operating Officer Responsibilities:
  • Add structure to the manufacturing process, implementing systems and improving reporting
  • Plan, schedule, and manage production to enhance efficiencies and increase margins
  • Analyze results and understand the impact of changes on finances, performing cost analysis in collaboration with the engineering department
  • Train and mentor production staff, introducing new methods and improving current practices
  • Oversee the tracking of inventory and parts using Activate ERP and QuickBooks for financials
