Insight Global is searching for a Chief Radiation Therapist in Charlotte, NC for one of the top healthcare clients in North Carolina. This Chief Radiation Therapist will play a crucial role in ensuring effective radiation therapy for all patients. They will be responsible for treatment planning, administering radiation therapy to patients, equipment management, overseeing quality control and safety protocols, and supervising, scheduling, and evaluating team members. They will be the point of contact for all day-to-day operations within radiation oncology services at University City.

Required Skills & Experience

Must-haves:
- AART licensure
- 7-10 years of experience as a Radiation Therapist
- BLS certification
- Compassionate and optimistic attitude

Physical Requirements:
- Lift and support up to 35lbs
- Able to lift, reach, bend, push, and pull equipment as needed
- Intact sense of sight, smell, touch, and hearing.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Plusses:
- Previous leadership experience as a Radiation Therapist
