We are seeking a skilled and motivated Civil Design Engineer with a minimum of 3 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil engineering design, a current Professional Engineer (PE) license or a commitment to obtaining one, and proficiency in design software.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and design civil engineering projects, including site development, roadway design, stormwater management, and utility infrastructure.
- Prepare detailed engineering drawings, specifications, and reports.
- Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure project compliance with design specifications and standards.
- Collaborate with project managers, architects, and other engineers to deliver high-quality projects on time and within budget.
- Utilize design software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and other relevant tools to create and modify project designs.
- Perform engineering calculations and analyses to support project designs.
- Ensure all designs comply with local, state, and federal regulations and standards.
- Provide technical support and guidance to junior engineers and drafters.
- Participate in project meetings and communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders.

Required Skills & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in civil engineering design.
- Current Professional Engineer (PE) license or intention to pursue one, with an Engineer-in-Training (EIT) certification preferred.
- Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and other relevant tools.
- Strong understanding of civil engineering principles, standards, and practices.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel to project sites as needed.
