• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline
• Licensed EIT or ability and interest to obtain EIT and/or be in active pursuit of registration
• General understanding of water and wastewater design (i.e., Infrastructure, Conveyance, Pump Stations/Lift Stations)
• Strong attention to detail, facilitation, team building, collaboration, organization, and problem-solving skills.

Hybrid Working Schedule (3 Days in Office/2 Days Remote)

The Opportunity
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
- Will focus on the delivery of projects and will assist in the design, construction, and project management of a wide variety of projects comprising small- and large-scale water and wastewater infrastructure projects and civil site development.
- Gain technical capabilities covering all aspects of design specifically wastewater infrastructure design
- Have hands-on involvement in preparing reports or technical memos, studies, designs, cost estimates, specifications, and contract documents.
- Participation in scheduling, budgeting, and contract administration for infrastructure projects is also part of the role, including involvement in business development and preparation of proposals

Key Responsibilities
- Perform design of projects from the conceptual and bid phase through design completion for project needs and requirements that are set by the project managers based off client needs
- Assist in the day-to-day process technical work and project execution
- Utilizes knowledge of regularly used civil concepts, practices, codes, and procedures within the water engineering industry
- Prepare design reports to document the design process
- Applies knowledge to complex projects, find and develop non-standard design solutions to better serve clients project specifications
- Significant interaction with clients, contractors, and sub-consultants

Minimum Qualifications
- Requires a bachelor's degree in engineering from either a recognized accredited program in their home country or the country in which the professional is practicing.
- Minimum of 1 year related work experience
- All applicants must be able to complete pre-employment onboarding requirements (if selected) which may include any/all of the following: criminal/civil background check, drug screen, and motor vehicle records search, in compliance with any applicable laws and regulations.
