You'll work alongside local and regional thought leaders, subject matter experts, professional engineers, and designers, gaining exposure to various water/site civil/transportation projects in Southern California, drainage/stormwater management program, water resources planning & management, project coordination, relevant computer-assisted engineering software, data collection and so much more.

• In pursuit of a bachelor's or master's degree in civil engineering with a focus on Hydrology, Hydraulics or Stormwater in an accredited program
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs
• Working hybrid

Ideally, you'll also have:

• 3.0 GPA
• A previous internship, teaching assistance, or research related to civil engineering.
• Understanding of water resources, with knowledge of hydrologic & hydraulic modeling.
• AutoCAD, MicroStation CAD skills are preferred.
• Ability to communicate with all levels of management within Jacobs.
• Self-driven time management and organizational skills
• Have or are working towards an engineer-in-training (EIT) certification.

The base salary range for this position is $25.60 to $28.60 This range reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
