Our team in Tucson is ramping up for a detailed engineering design on a gold processing plant. The processing plant will produce gold dore and antimony concentrate by a process that includes; crushing, grinding, flotation, concentrate handling and filtration (antimony) as well as pressure oxidation, CIP and elutions (gold). We are currently recruiting for several Civil Engineers at all levels to join our Minerals and Metals Business line in the Tucson office.

About the Role
- Deliver Civil (Earthworks) engineering design according to required timeframes and standards and provide high level technical expertise.
- Facilitate the purchase of appropriate equipment, contract packages and bulks by specifying requirements and assisting Procurement with the purchase of equipment
- Contribute to the cost-efficient delivery of Civil (Earthworks) engineering by managing the man hour budget and reviewing and approving Civil (Earthworks) capital cost estimates, recommending alternative approaches where possible.
- Evaluate tenders from a technical standpoint by applying multi-disciplinary knowledge and experience
- Issue drawings and other relevant information for construction by working with Engineers and Designers
About You
- Undergraduate Degree in Civil (Earthworks) Engineering and registered as a licensed engineer in the USA
- Civil (Earthworks) design engineering experience
- Ability to resolve most technical issues in an efficient manner utilizing personal knowledge, external consultants and in-house experience.
- Knowledge of multi-discipline engineering.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD Civil 3D modeling and design is an asset
- Commitment to mentoring and coaching of personnel.
- Proven ability to manage, motivate and influence employees at all levels.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Well-developed written and oral skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
