Claims Adjuster - Centralized

As acentralized claims adjuster, you’ll help customers resolve auto claims involving up to two vehicles. This is not a field position. Primarily over the phone, you’ll accurately document claims details, interview those involved in an accident, make coverage and liability decisions, and collaborate with peers to verify consistency of accident details. Along with a supportive team, you’ll have ongoing coaching and development to help you feel confident while supporting customers through a stressful time.

This is a remote position. You must live within the state of Tennessee .

Duties & responsibilities

• Manage a high volume of claim files from beginning to end
• Resolve and document auto claims as quickly and accurately as possible
• Interview all involved in an accident to determine coverage and liability decisions
• Validate damage is consistent with the report of the accident
• Independently make decisions related to liability and coverages

Must-have qualifications

• A minimum of two years relevant work experience
• {OR} A minimum of two years post-secondary education

Schedule: October & November start dates. Training schedule for the first 12 weeks will be Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5:30pm ET (7:30am - 4:30pm CT); after training, permanent schedule will be Tuesday - Saturday, 10:00am - 7:00pm ET (9:00am - 6:00pm CT).

Compensation

• $23.25 - $24.75/hour
• Gainshare bonus up to 16% of your eligible earnings based on company performance
• An additio nal 10% when you work evening or weekend hours
