Claims Analyst

Insight Global is seeking an Error Resolution Specialist to join a government client. They will be working independently to research, analyze, and validate documents and payments that require a more detailed review. This position will consult a procedural manual for direction and work in multiple systems to acquire information or correct inaccurate material. The role involves performing mathematical calculations, cross-referencing, and researching system and taxpayer errors. It is production and quality-based, driven by deadlines that are expected to be met.

Required Skills & Experience
- GED or High School Diploma
- Knowledge of banking credits and debits.
- Experience in analyzing and evaluating claims.
- Computer skills with Google Suites and Microsoft Office.
- Experience working in a production-based environment with high accuracy and deadlines.
