Forge Freight LLC is hiring full-time, motivated Class A CDL Drivers with a clean driving record for its Amazon Freight Partner program. We haul exclusively for Amazon and are making on-the-spot job offers contingent on meeting eligibility and background check requirements.

Forge Freight is a freight carrier that specializes in middle-mile delivery services as an Amazon Freight Partner. We are hiring full and part-time, motivated Class A CDL drivers with a clean driving record for its Amazon Freight Partner program. We are a local small business in Woodbridge, NJ with the benefits of a large company.

What you'll do:

• Haul Amazon loads (primarily no touch power-only freight) using state of the art Amazon-branded equipment and technology, including brand new 2025 sleeper cabs; Diesel tractors
• Service round-trip routes on 36 hour shifts (13 hour run-10 hour break-13 hour run) with a minimum of 40 guaranteed hours per week; typically 54 paid hour per week

• Consistent Schedules: You will work alternatively 2 shifts on and 2 days off, with consistent work all year and have opportunities for additional shifts and overtime.
• Home 4 days a week: You will be home for 2 out of every 4 days and 4 out of every 8 days, and you will be home 6 out of every 8 nights, enabling you to spend more time with family and friends.

• New loaded Sleeper trucks: We have new sleeper trucks that include fridge/freezer, TV, microwave, and an APU to keep you comfortable.
• Home 6 out of 8 nights: You will only have to sleep in your truck 2 nights on an 8 day rotation, enabling you to spend more time with family and friends.

GUARANTEED HOURS & PAY: We guarantee minimum hours and Overtime.

What you'll need:

• Must be at least 21 years old
• Have a valid Class A Commercial Driver License (CDL)
• Must be available to work any shift, including overnight shifts
• Must successfully Pass DOT Physical
• Must be able to speak, read, and write in English to communicate with the general public, to understand highway traffic signs and signals in the English language, to respond to official inquiries, and to make entries on reports and records
• No current CDL suspension or revocation
• Clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) & good DAC Report
• Must be able to use handheld technology and smart phone applications such as GPS

You will not be employed by Amazon, instead, you will be working directly for a local transportation company that partners with Amazon.

We guarantee between 40 and 54 hours per week, allowing for plenty of Overtime. In 2 days, you can expect to work 27 hours.
